Construction metalwork encompasses the design, manufacture, and installation of metal elements that form a functional part of a building — staircases, railings, platforms, canopies and special constructions. Unlike decorative metalwork, construction metalwork requires structural calculations, certified production per EN 1090, and NDT weld inspection.

Tekla Structures / SolidWorks. Every element modeled in 3D with tolerances ±1 mm. Output: workshop drawings, BOM list.
Laser cutting, CNC drilling, hydraulic press bending. Precision ±0.5 mm on all cuts.
Certified welders per EN ISO 9606-1. MIG/MAG for steel, TIG for stainless and aluminum. WPS for every joint.
Visual (VT), penetrant (PT) and ultrasonic (UT) testing. 100% of critical welds undergo NDT.
Hot-dip galvanizing for 30-50 year durability or epoxy/PU coating system. Corrosivity category C3-C5.
